Ordinance One - More than just great beer
We are thrilled to announce Ordinance One as a Companies for a Cause partner. This family friendly taproom is located in Downtown New Port Richey. The name is a nod to the City Council's first ordinance, which allowed the City to accept a donation of land from George Sims. Enchantment Park was created in this green space, although many now know it as Sims Park. Ordinance One is housed in the old firehouse building on Main Street. Encased and displayed on the wall is the original hand drawn map that the fire department used in the early 20th century.
Brett and Natalie started their venture four years ago to combine their love of beer with their deep community roots. These native Floridians graduated from Gulf High School and returned to New Port Richey to start their family. They know the importance of preserving and sharing the history of New Port Richey, while partnering with the community for a sustainable future.
Ordinance One has supported Keep Pasco Beautiful and its mission by hosting events in their backyard such as the Pupkin Patch and the Arbor Day Celebration. They realize that there is no planet B and are doing their part to protect the environment for years to come. Stop by and grab a delicious beer while supporting a business who is creating a community culture where profits are not the sole focus. Brett and Natalie know that true success comes when the planet and people are also prioritized and valued. Cheers to Ordinance One and thank you for being a Companies for a Cause partner.
